How do they stay in business?!

I pay for a monthly car wash pass. The last FOUR times I tried to get my car washed, they've been closed (although their lighted sign always reads OPEN). I can not find posted hours anywhere on the building or online. When I call, it is always answered by a recording (with no mention of hours). Definitely going to cancel the pass! What a waste of $$

My husband and have had Northern Pride's Unlimited Monthly Wash plan for over a year. In fact, we recently purchased two new cars and added the Unlimited plan on both. We never had a negative experience until today. My husband took our LESS THAN A MONTH OLD 2011 Camry through their automatic wash and came out with scratches all over the car. After extensive discussions with both the manager and owner (and repeated "our wash couldn't have done that to your car" comments) we cancelled both plans. I guess that's $720 a year I have to spend on other things!
