“I just went through the Automatic wash-deposited my $5.00 and it took my money and the wash never started. I have used their help phone while standing at the machine three times-also have called their number online that I found 13 times and they never answer. Broken Equipment!!! Steals your $$$
“The equipment is broken!! We used the manual spray wash bay that charges $.50/min up to $15.00. We used it for 6 minutes and when I tried to turn it off it just kept going and kept charging my card!!! There is NO phone number listed on the premises to call! I looked their number up on Google and there is NO answer and NO answering machine or voice mail!!! So how do I go about getting a refund???” -

“Terrible car wash. The man that works there uses offensive language while screaming at you about bringing in a dirty vehicle. When I asked for my money back, he didn't give it. You better believe that I'll be contacting the BBB about this place. I'm not one to complain, but had an awful experience!!” -

“Not very happy with this business. I waited in line yesterday for the automatic wash for ever a half an hour because there was only one lane that was in service. meanwhile many people were coming and leaving because they did not want to wait for ridiculous periods for a car wash.\nI brought my change for the wash because that it what I save it for but it turns out that was unnecessary because the machine had a sign on it that it did not accept cash, the sign looked like it had been there for a while so it is apparent to me that this business doesn't service their machines or there car wash very often. After waiting in line as long as I had I did not want to turn around and leave so I used my debt card to purchase the $6.00 wash. But the real kicker was when I checked my bank account this morning and found that they had charged me $8.00 dollars for a lousy wash. Never Again Mr. Bubbles!!!” -
